Data Help

ShiftRoom does not currently use separate app accounts. Most gameplay data is stored on your device, with optional iCloud key-value sync when available.

Delete Local Data

To remove local ShiftRoom data from a device, delete the app from that device. This removes the app and its local container data according to iOS behavior.

iCloud Data

If iCloud sync is enabled, some progress may be stored in Apple iCloud key-value storage. You can disable iCloud for ShiftRoom in iOS settings.

Support Requests

If you contacted support and want support emails removed from our mailbox, send a request from the same email address.

Data FAQ

Does ShiftRoom have account deletion?

No separate ShiftRoom account is currently created, so there is no app-specific account to delete.

Will deleting the app remove everything?

Deleting the app removes local app data from that device. iCloud synced data may still be managed through Apple account and iCloud settings.

Can support delete my support emails?

Yes. Email dev@ziptools.io from the same email address and ask for support correspondence removal.
