My purchase did not appear. What should I do?

Open the Store inside ShiftRoom and tap Restore Purchases. If it still does not appear, email dev@ziptools.io with the approximate purchase date and product name. Do not send payment card details.

My progress looks wrong after an update.

ShiftRoom saves progress locally and can sync supported progress through iCloud when available. Check that iCloud is enabled for ShiftRoom and that you are using the same Apple account.

A rewarded ad did not load.

Rewarded ads depend on network availability, Google AdMob availability, and consent status. Wait a moment and try again.

I found an impossible room.

Email the room number, a screenshot, and the sequence you tried. That gives us enough context to inspect the level route.
